Green Farm Butchery
With a wealth of specialist butchery knowledge and experience, we provide a wide range of butchery services for local smallholders and farmers. We supply many local businesses with meat butchered on site and run butchery courses and corporate events for small groups.
We are based at our home in beautiful West Sussex, on the edge of the South Downs. Our butchery courses vary from a two-hour sausage making course to a full day beef butchery course. All our butchery courses take place in an Environmental Health approved cutting room.
